The senior senator from Kentucky, the villain who, through his status as either Republican Majority or Minority Leader and previously as senator and representative, has effectively enabled trillions of dollars in tax cuts for our wealthiest citizens, buried vital economic and social justice legislation, and packed the Supreme Court…all the while creating an environment in the country that directly led to the creation of the Frankenstein Monster he has passively-aggressively enabled.
